Nimble Tapestop
A downloadable plugin for Windows and macOS
Tapestop effect plugin. It features:
- Time to play the effect in sync to the BPM by quarter notes, or by milliseconds.
- Ability to trigger the effect using midi input.
- Curve tweaking to control the effect's efficiency over time.
- A DC filter to get rid of any resulting asymmetry.
This plugin is available as a 64 bit VST3 for Windows and Mac, as well as AU for Mac.
This plugin hasn't been maintained for years. It used to be paid, but I have since made it free.

Do you by chance know if Nimble plugins will work on the newest Mac OS Catalina 10.15? Thanks!
Yes, they work, but you'll have to go into the MacOS settings after attempting to load the plugin and click on "Allow", because the plugins are not signed right now.
